YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM FOR MANY TIMES TO GET ANSWERED !! i tried to call them for 3 days in a row even left a voicemail to call me back to book an appointment for my daughter .. BUT STILL NO CALL FROM THEM!!!!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Faltaous and his secretary Phyllis! Phyllis always gets me in within a day or two with my asthmatic baby. She is always so caring on the phone and in person. Dr Faltaous always takes his time to explain and educate me on matters concerning my son. We have avoided many hospital visits due to the wonderful care we have received by this team. Receptionists have always been lovely to me. I showed up by accident without an appointment and they managed to squeeze me in. Dr Faltous is great with me and with my baby.
Good doctor and secretary just wish it was easier to get through to speak to someone. Sometimes I have to call more than 10 times to speak to someone lol
