I've had Dr. Causey as my doctor for my first pregnancy in 2021, and this one in 2025. She is absolutely great. She is my favorite doctor I've dealt with in a long time. If only I was guaranteed her to deliver my baby. It would be great, but it never works out that way these days. Very friendly atmosphere in the office. My almost 4 year old daughter loves going there with me and loves talking to Dr. Causey and the receptionists.
I don't know how to start, first I was accused of not returning a pessary I had for a 24 hours trial and wasn't fitting, I returned it and the reception probably toss it. I had to purchase 2 of them to find the right size so why I wouldn't return something that wasn't useful to me? Then after 3 visit I explain concerns about pains and burning sensation and pink spots. Dr.Fefelova and her office is very professional. My work was being very picky about my doctors notes and other forms and everytime I had to call her office the secretaries were so helpful and kind. They were also so fast at getting me what I needed. Thankyou for making this experience as nice as you all have.
