Went to the ER with an ear infection which was causing me to bleed from my ear. Triage said I was a 2. Disgusting wait times as expected, absolutely incompetent ER staff. They care more about their conversations and laughs than patients. The only thing more shocking than the fact that someone died in the waiting room is that he was the only one. This hospitals lack of management and accountability is insane, yet they still decide to close the surgery department in Waterville. I feel sorry for anyone who has to come here.

Went in for a bad cough and was seen within the hour. The nurses were very kind and kept apologizing for the wait. I wasn't even waiting that long. Fast and polite service.

I had a hernia surgery yeaterday and can't say enough about the doctors, nurses and staff. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I stepped out, I saw nothing but extreme proffesionalism and excellent care. I want to thank everyone at the hospital for taking great care of me.
