The staff was super friendly. Janice the nurse practitioner was amazing. She was great with my son. She answered all our questions and made us feel like she really cared about our son. I really recommend them to anyone who needs a pediatrician.
Dr Maddela if I was only rating her would get 10 stars, but, because of her staff, specifically the office manager i can only give this office 1 star, the lowest possible. I took my child in for a referral, and got one, and then 2 months later I got a bill from that Dr office, apparently I was referred to an office that was not covered by my insurance. Now this is were it gets good, when I called to ask about how is this possible I was told "...It is my responsibility to check to see if the new office takes my insurance..." ... read more
The administrative and medical staff here is great! I love it. The NPs are very thorough and also focus on preventative care. We've been seen by Janice Pitman, NP a couple of times and she even followed up with a phone call to see how my daughter was after a visit the previous week. I thought it this was great! I would highly recommend this facility for your children. The downfall is sometimes as an initial visit, the consultation may take a little longer than usual, but I had no issue with it especially knowing they're tryi... read more
