UPDATE: Dr Papadouris is still one of the best pediatricians in Canada. People complain about the long wait to see her, but she always has been able to see my kids the same day I call, which is so important when you have a sick child that needs attention today, not 3 days or a week's time like most doctors. The clinic’s reception and front desk management are extremely disappointing. Appointment times appear to be meaningless. Despite booking a specific time downtown, patients are seen at the receptionist’s discretion rather than according to the schedule, resulting in waits of up to two hours past the booked appointment.
