Sorry to hear that Dr. Bates and Amy (audiologist) are no longer available. Been seeing them for 10 years and I now need to go elsewhere. Very sad. I always found them to be super professional, friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for? All the best to the team!

Dr Bates was my ENT for 28 years of my life. He was one of the best doctors I have ever gone to. I have no clue what these other people are talking about but he is nothing but spectacular. Sad to hear that he retired.

Stay far away from this doctor, especially if you are bringing a child to him. He is rude, impatient, and very unprofessional. He raised his voice at my daughter when she was crying to “calm down!” He didn’t explain what he would be doing during the exam and it terrified her. Worst of all, I never saw him clean his hands and he never wore surgical gloves, even while cauterizing a blood vessel in my daughter’s nose. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. I should have walked out after he yelled at my daughter.

My adult son has autism and he said Dr Evan Bates was extremely smart and he liked him. A very straightforward Dr. There is nothing wrong with his bed side manner as I read in these reviews. He is nice but again very smart. My husband is the same way. He gives you the facts. Great office team aswell. The ladies were very nice and helpful.

Staff messed up two appointments in one week and never apologized or offered explanation. Receptionist just shrugged and told me to reschedule...again.
