This office is rude, they are not compassionate toward children, nor parents schedules. There were times when my an (who never complains about anything), would refuse to go. I left owing little money, and paid a large sum to another office to finish his braces, and I don’t regret it, it’s been such a better experience! It definitely was like this when Dr Garvey was there.
