A one time visit - she is not my primary provider. I was impressed with the time and attention she took infiguringout myissue and prescribing a remedy.
Dr. Simmons-O'Brien is a very caring, compassionate and thorough. Not only is she brilliant in her knowledge of dermatology but her grasp of medical knowledge on the larger picture is unlike any doctor I have visited.
I have been seeing Dr. Simmons-O'Brien and her staff for 15 years. She is a brilliant physician who has treated my whole family. She is smart, caring and well informed. We have used her for medical conditions as well as cosmetic procedures. We trust her advice and recommend her highly.

Terrible expirence here!! I have really bad cystic acne I was hoping to get some relief from. This doctor didn't even look at my face! She was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes. She told me to try a few of the products they sell there but were sold out of the ones I needed. I couldn't believe that! Next dermatologist I go to will hopefully treat me...it will not be at this place!!
The Doctors and nursing staff are very professional and I feel extremely comfortable with them and their explanations. I have never understood how they still have patients with the front office staff they have. Calling on the phone is frustrating and she acts like I am wasting her time. If its the same person I see at the front when I come in, she is constantly on her phone doing something and ignores me until she is done. I can't believe no one has done anything about it....
