Quiero aclarar que doy 5 estrellas por los doctores pero el personal que atiende teléfono es pésima la atención. Soy paciente de esa oficina médica y dejo esto por si alguien de allí le interesa leerlo. Si tiene muchas llamadas que contraten más personal. Los pacientes no tenemos culpa, si estoy allí es porque lo necesito. Sinceramente es para cambiar de oficina.
La atención de las que hablan con las personas muy mala no comen el telefono
Los doctores un 10. El personal deberían cambiarlo entero, pésimo servicio y pésima atención. Nunca contestan el teléfono y te tratan de malas maneras
