Had to deal with wire removal since had a dental appointment. Everything went smoothly, painless and reception lady was able to book appointment for me at earliest opportunity, so I did not miss my dental appointment (it was an urgent matter), then we had another appointment to put a wire back, and my new night retainers were delivered pretty fast. Thank you for great service!
My son has anodontia (he is missing his permanent fives). I came with a single request: to move the fours and sixes together so there would be no gap and no need for implants. They said it was possible, the treatment would take 24 months, and the price was $6,500. After 13 months, they removed the braces and told us to go get implants. The problem remained as it was.
