The worst ever customer service from their assistance. I'm reading the other reviews and then they have the same complaint. Maybe the doctor should replace his office paper
Absolutely poor service on the part of the assistant answering the phone. I get it... new patients can't get in to see a specialist for at least 4-6 weeks. But to expressed shock and sarcasm when a health-concerned patient asks if there is immediately availability is completely unacceptable. We are inquiring for a quick appointment for a reason. My experience was not good at all, he was not informational and wasn't listening to what I was explaining for my symptoms. Dule is very elderly and I believe should have retired long ago. I was in and out of his office in about 10 minutes with his consultation and he billed my insurance over $1500. Just seems our Healthcare system and doctors are so fraudulent. They have also very rude and mean staff.
They never call back.
