Dr is a podiatrist- not an MD or orthopedic surgeon. First performed a TAR (total ankle replacement). After more than s year and continued pain and immobility, the ankle was examined by two orthopedic surgeons and Corrective surgery May now be required; however, this time by an MD Orthopedic surgeon. Second, left foot had injury resulting in broken metatarsal bones. Always easy to get an appointment and the office runs very smoothly and efficiently
The supporting staff was friendly and caring. I have been to six different podiatrists for treatment and I can easily say Dr. Batelli is the best. He diagnosed and treated my situation so that I am now pain-free.
Went to NCH ER for an urgent toe infection. I’m diabetic and can’t take any chances. The ER called Dr. Batelli and they got me in same day. The office staff was extremely friendly. Dr. Batelli is no nonsense. He knows his stuff and is very direct in explaining my care and what’s needed. They got me set up with vascular dr the next day! I have a long road ahead of me but feel confident that Dr.Batelli is the right person for my serious condition.
Dr. Eugene Batelli and his staff saw me the day it was needed and I was in and out of the office in a very timely fashion (with my ingrown toenail removed - relief!). This was my second visit to the office within a couple of years, the first being after a serious ankle injury. My experience in both cases was consistent and 5 Star. It is priceless to find an expert that is honest, competent and has the same urgency I do as the patient. Thank you!!!
Dr Batelli a nice job. Straightening my toes out his office staff was amazing especially Maria who is always accommodating my tough schedule.
Dr. Batelli was such a pleasure to deal with. He treats you like you’re part of his own family. He tells it like it is but in a way that you can understand him. He takes his time and is extremely thorough. I wouldn’t want anyone else treating me. Thank you again for helping me walk on my foot again!
