Horrible person, horrible bed side manner. Treated my family member at Presbyterian. He was so rude and condescending towards her. Told her she had to do her own ostomy bag care, because nursing staff wasn’t going to do it for her. Mind you this was after recovering from major abdominal surgery.
Dr. Ong is very professional and has a great bedside manner. He is smart, witty, and a Dr. Who is thorough and amazing. He really cares about his patients.
Makes sure to get all the information and...reviews it! He is intelligent. He expresses formalities of care. He is "in the system" so to speak, but that doesn't override his ability to do his desired profession as he sees it needing to be done.
Fired him after a few years of the same old thing every appt...some small tweek (like adding a half a pill extra one day a week) that is insignificant, and not noticing any diff at all. They want me to keep coming back, of course...
I like Doctor Ong, After completing my routine blood work there was a flag that came back for low T. He had me do a secondary blood test just to make sure the result were similar and they where. Then we discussed my options and came up with the best plan to help get my levels where they should be.
