Dr. Ong is very professional and has a great bedside manner. He is smart, witty, and a Dr. Who is thorough and amazing. He really cares about his patients.

Makes sure to get all the information and...reviews it! He is intelligent. He expresses formalities of care. He is "in the system" so to speak, but that doesn't override his ability to do his desired profession as he sees it needing to be done.

Fired him after a few years of the same old thing every appt...some small tweek (like adding a half a pill extra one day a week) that is insignificant, and not noticing any diff at all. They want me to keep coming back, of course...

I like Doctor Ong, After completing my routine blood work there was a flag that came back for low T. He had me do a secondary blood test just to make sure the result were similar and they where. Then we discussed my options and came up with the best plan to help get my levels where they should be.

For my appointment, Dr Ong had obviously reviewed my chart and history before coming into the treatment room. He had handwritten notes in front of him from my past visits which is refreshing in this day of digital records. He offered me his honest opinion of my diagnosis and any follow up treatment needed and allowed me to tell him which option I preferred. He showed me some photos from my ultrasound and explained what I was looking at. He answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. What more could anyone ask f... read more
