I had the BEST experience with ALL staff from the phone calls with Ashley to Ebony at Reception, John who escorted me to exam, Steven took me to X-ray performed by Marlene (hope I got name right, LOL), Timothy who fitted my insoles, and meeting Dr. Bailey and Dr. Jones. Their care and concern while examining my ankle was outstanding! Their diagnosis included therapy and rehab which I gladly accepted to return to top condition. My visit with Dr Bailey was very co.fortable,informative and timely. I havd been having issues eith my Achilles (both) since 2022 and he is the only doctor to provide a solution. He gave me instructions to do research to understand what he told me. He gave me a breakdown and still gave me info to confirm on my own. He made me feel safe about my options to have some type of relief after these 3 yrs of bring in pain every day. I love that I decided to make an appt with Dr Bailey. HE IS THE BEST!!!!
