I have been using Dr. Forman for 10 years. He saved a cracked tooth of mine avoiding a root canal. He has always been friendly and his staff is very accomadating.
excellent service, no pain, great insurance support. I can not recommend this dentist highly enough
The procedure was very painful not to mention I am in the process of disputing the validity of his charges submitted to my insurance company. It would be in your best interest to seek a more seasoned, reputable dentist. would not go back to him under any circumstance.
I feel it is my responsibility as a former patient of Dr. Forman's to let you know of my inexcusable experience with him. In short, I was charged a cancellation fee of $200 for cancelling within 24 hours of my appointment.
