I have confidence in Dr Rivera and trust him.. His staff has been nothing but kind, gentle and efficient. The doctor has extensive experience and while having an enormous case load he still did an effective angiogram and was right there when I came around. Staff in cath lab is so efficient and sweet to someone who is always scared. I am blessed to have this wonderful care here in Brownwood.
Dr. Rivera was very nice. He thoroughly explained his recommendations for my husband and welcomed questions. We are thankful to have him in Brownwood.
This was the WORST doctor visit of my life. The staff was RUDE and lied to my face 3 separate times. Would not do an x-ray until my next visit to try to get another co-pay out of me. I spoke to my insurance and they told me that is fraudulent. I was lied to by 2 separate clerical staff AND the doctor himself about test result consultation. The doctor was in and out in less than 7 minutes, but I was in his building for 4 hours.
