Very hard to talk to cares more about not prescribing medication and what he cannot do for you

During my last 5 years under Dr. Malave's care all I can say is thank you! He is a great family Doctor and practitioner. Always care for the patients needs and recommends the latest in medicine to treat people. He is friendly as well as his staff.
This doctor is the best doctor I have had in Killeen I would never switch him him and his nurse Lydia are the best and care so much about patience you may spend some time at his office but it's well worth the wait to have a doctor that cares about you and cares about your health
This doctor used to be a fine doctor and person. I guess he's gotten greedy now. He cares more about shuffling patients in and out instead of seeing to their needs. My last visit he stared more at the computer instead of seeing what was wrong. I used to recommend him to everyone, but no more. I'll never go back to him again It's sad to see someone like him change the way he did. His staff has no idea what's going on(Too many people), and no ones on the same page.
Extremely unprofessional, rude, and incompetent staff, and I am disgusted by this terrible doctor, very lousy experience. Took almost a week to get my medication.

Dr. Malave has been a great doctor to me. I see many complaints on wait time but it's not often you find a doc that actually takes his time understanding your issue and providing care. If he does it with me, he does it with everyone so I don't mind the wait. How many doctors rush in, listen half way and rush out. I also love the directness he provides although others find it rude, I find it refreshing.
