Dr. was not as expected, did not approved the referral we requested, seemed to us that for him just his opinion was good enough. He either did want to sign the school form needed to drop off an over the counter medicine we always leave at school, and the prescription medicine he sent over an order to be picked up, the pharmacy said they never received such order. My daughters insurance assigned her to this office. Brought her in 3 days ago for a visit. He checked her ears and said she had a very mild case of swimmers ear. Later on that same evening she came down with a fever of 105. She was up all night thrashing and screaming in pain and could not sleep. Next morning I took her to urgent care right away. Turns out she has a ear infection! Not swimmers ear. She was given antibiotics, steroids, and cold medicine. How the hell did he not see that!!!!??? Either he's too old or too lazy ... read more
Hi,I’m really disappointed.I thought I finally had found a caring doctor that really likes his profession by helping his patients get the services they need. I was wrong I went by choosing him because of the good reviews he has. I say this bc my kids were diagnosed since they were little on the spectrum and requested services and instead he referred me to call there ins and start the process and also ask them to get them re-evaluated and making be do my own referral through their ins. ignoring that my kids had gotten those s... read more
