I love Mercy Hospital. All of my experiences have been exemplary until now. I have submitted two online requests for a new patient appointment. Each a week apart. No response. I then called the office and left a message. To date no response. 3 weeks I made an attempt. I donot know the Doctor, however if the 1st line to the Doctor is ineffective and non responsive I will not trust my health to this practice.
