Dr Sponzilli is a great physician and a supportive staff.
Dr Sponzilli remembered me well and was quickly able to come up with a good treatment plan.
He patiently listened to even my detailed descriptions, and showed empathy, understood what I was experiencing.
Dr. Sponzilli listens and is very skilled as a doctor. I have had epidermal injections for low back pain and the experience was very smooth and pain free. His staff is kind and professional.
I am shocked at the low scores. I have always found Dr. Sponzilli very caring, a good listener, friendly, and knowlegeable. He has done everything possible to help me.
Ernest Sponzilli, MD, is an excellent, caring physician. He really knows his stuff. He is also gentle and thorough.
I love Dr. Sponzilli, however this is my problem: I was told by Dr. Sponzilli to call his assistant Angela to schedule a "squeeze-in" appointment that he wanted me to make. However, I have left about 8 messages, and no one has returned my calls. Calling the appointment desk does no good because they can't schedule that type of appointment. Today, I asked them to please have anyone call me back that can schedule - however I was told there is no one else but Angela. I'm at a loss as to what to do!!
Dr. Sponzilli listens and tailors treatment to the individual. He changed my life from being a person who was in constant pain and never able to sleep to a person who lives a normal life. He literally saved my career and my marriage.
Dr. Sponzilli was the worst doctor I have ever been to. He made fun of my questions, left me waiting in the examining room. His assistance told me I was mistaken to think he told me he would be right back. He refused to explain terms on the report, was brusque, even snotty. I do not understand why he is still in this practice. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
