Dr. Rider's office has a 'tough love' approach, so for some parents it might take getting used to that but it's worth it in the long run if you can. I happen to think Dr. Rider is brilliant and I feel he is especially great at working with you to get it covered through insurance. I'm in the waiting stages at the moment so I don't know as of yet whether they will cover any of it..

He has a great sense of humor and does a decent job with my teeth. He is very costly though, but it seems to be worth it. I had to get braces twice, and the second time the insurance didn't cover it. 3/5 stars

I have been to 2 other orthos and this one is the best!! The staff is wonderful and so caring! My kids are always comfortable and their service is awesome!! The cost is very reasonable and they work with you on your insurance....This is a great office and the care we have received is exceptional!!

My son was born with a cleft lip and palate. Many of Dr Rider's patients have facial anomalies. Dr Rider works closely with renowned plastic surgeon David C. Matthews. Dr Rider has had amazing success with Tommy's teeth. They looked like Billy Bob teeth when Tommy was 6. He is now almost 14. Because of Dr Rider, Tommy has not had to have dental surgery, and although his treatment is not yet complete, his teeth are mostly straight and aligned. Dr Rider also has early morning appointments. Dr. Rider and his staff are excellent. My 6 year old requires extensive orthodontic treatment, and in just over a year, we've already seen amazing improvement. Dr. Rider is an artist. The staff is warm and friendly and they understand children. They are also sensitive to parental worries! I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Rider and his staff use quality materials... it may not come very cheap.. but your braces sure won't pop off! You'll notice change in your teeth within very little time! They invite you for a movie every year, they're bright, have lots of great reviews, and most of all they remember your name and try to make your visit as good as possible. They're great work has boosted my confidence a whole lot! Thanks Dr. Rider!

Dr. Rider and his staff are super. They treat their patients and families with a friendly, humorous, and personal touch. You can tell they are like a family themselves. Dr. Rider is extremely committed to his work, and he does not give up on a mouth! He has had to continue to treat my child for years, and we have gotten way more than our money's worth from him. I have recommended him many times, and will continue to do so.

Dr. Rider and his team are AWESOME! He has done incredible work with my son. What could be a scary experience has turned into a FUN thing. We always look forward to seeing everyone in the office. The atmosphere is pleasant and VERY family oriented. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Wonderful people and care given to my son and each person who walked in the door. Always cheerful and remembered everyone's name, history and family. Great experience!
