Doctor took the time to really listen and look and his plan is helping my problem so far. Everyone was so friendly! Recommend to anyone. Very impressed with my visit.
Dr.Gardner not only unnecessarily cut into my face and created a life long scar for something that would have gone away with time, he ignored my requests for a simple phone call to ease my anxiety about the biopsy he insisted I needed.

Well, we are always surprised to read a review like this, since we work hard to meet and exceed expectations. Skin conditions can produce anxiety and affect one's perceptions, especially when of long duration or resistant to therapy. Some patients need good coaching and a caring hand when skin problems are not easily solved or even chronic. Please identify yourself to our office so that we may forward your records to the future dermatologists with whom you may get to work.
My experience was bad. A BIG waste of money and my time! I went for chronic dandruff, dry skin on my face that I have had on/off for over 5 years. I explained all the products I have tried and failed. He did not even look at my scalp, he just handed me a piece of paper that had recommended products of which I have tried most of them. No samples or sincere concern for my problem, he could't be bothered. My real confirmation was when I went to another Dr. and he addressed my issues immediately.

We wish you had posted your name; it really does offer an opportunity to respond. We wondered if you were even one of our patients, since we work hard to provide a thorough explanation of a patient's skin condition, and handouts are only supplementary. Many patients are either sent by other physicians or seek us out because they have not found effective treatment elsewhere. Chronic conditions are disheartening. I agree that inexpensive medications are far too hard to come by.
Very personable. The staff is polite and friendly. They helped me understand and feel comfortable about the procedures.
Great doctor!! I would highly recommend him and his practice to anyone. He is extremely intelligent and his staff is amazing.
