An amazing professional! Could not find her after she went on maternity leave and was mislead by her former dental office about her moving to a new office. When I saw she was with Dr. Roman, I did not hesitate ...good bye duplicitous office and hallelujah I found you!
Dr. Manicom is simply the best. So happy to see her with Dr. Roman . Hated going to the practice she was in before. The receptionist there was so phoney, so rude. The gals at the new place are all so nice and friendly. The way Dr. Manicom was treated at the old office (Milne) was disgusting. Growing up I use to hate going to the dentist; however, since switching over to Dr. Manicom I no longer fear making appointments. I have been a patient of Dr. Manicom for over ten years and have nothing but good things to say about her. She is very friendly and cheerful to everyone in her office (staff and patients) and she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. Amazing experience! Loved how friendly and helpful her staff were! Very accommodating when I needed to change my appointment due to a family illness. Dr Manicom was very knowledgable and understood my concerns and addressed each one. I felt bad for taking up so much of her time with questions, but she answered each one. I was very impressed by her thoroughness and attention to detail. I cannot wait to begin my dental treatment... And I never thought I would ever say that about dental work!
I've only been to this office a handful of times since choosing Dr Manicom to be my family's dentist. I am always warmly greeted by the girls at the front when I arrive and rarely wait more than 15 minutes to be seen (just long enough to enjoy a few articles in a magazine that I never have time at home to read)! I have been with Dr. Manicom since she started practicing. She is an excellent dentist and always offers different treatment options (she stays up to date with new technologies) and I am able to chose which ever one works the best for me. I love her new office and I am very happy that I followed her to Wellington Dental. Every time someone compliments me on my smile I always let them know that Dr. Manicom gave it to me.
I was happy with Dr. Manicom, she always seemed very pleasant and nice but after my last appointment I really don't believe this to be true anymore. I recently over heard her discussing some of her patients in such an unprofessional and juvenile manner it made me very uncomfortable thinking that she is ok speaking about anyone, never mind her patients that way.
