The Carbon Co in San Diego has amazing professionals, starting with Erin which I had the opportunity to treat my frozen should condition in 2025. This year I treated some other issues with the same shoulder plus hip mobility and strengthening with Dr. Sara Miscisin and was amazed with her knowledge, and with the results. Seriously the best care!! I’ve been seeing Dr. Sarah Miscisin for Physical Therapy for over a month now and in that time I've seen noticeable improvements in my hamstring issue. In our sessions, she continues to assess my concerns, listens, and provides a progressive program for improvement. The exercises we do in session are all emailed afterward and easy to follow. It's just the right amount too! She also has such a big and bright personality, and is so fun to receive care from, which definitely makes it all easier!
Highly recommend Dr. Sarah at Carbon Collective. Her bespoke physical therapy sessions are tailored to my specific aches and pain. She taught me the right stretches to address problem areas, and many of my issues have improved so much I’ve forgotten they were ever a problem. Outstanding, personalized care.
