I began experiencing debilitating right wrist pain about 6-7 months ago. Dr. Gantt came highly recommended from a friend and so I made an appointment. She was right to the point, very thorough, and came up with a treatment plan right away. Turns out the fix for the problem was more involved than either of us hoped and I had to undergo two separate surgeries. However, I am now back to 100%, able to do all the things that the pain was stopping me from doing, and very pleased.
I went to Dr Gantt with a very unusual circumstance. I had a piece of metal lodged in my palm, from working on cars (it was in there 7 years and I never knew). She scheduled me for surgery within a few days to remove it. She informed me of the risks, and we got the piece out. Turns out it was starting to degrade and I was at a risk of serious infection, and it was in a dangerous place regarding nerves. The surgery was smooth, and all feeling has been restored. She saved my livelihood. Thank you.
