While my appt with MD Sowell for a yearly physical was seamless and he had a professional friendly bedside manner I was not at all happy with the phlebotomy. I left the office in pain, unable to straighten my arm, and severely bruised (24 hours later.) I am not a hard stick nor am I scared of needles (donate blood regularly.) When I told the office while they did eventually follow up there was no suggestion to come in for an evaluation or explanation as to what caused this.
