I’m a healthcare practitioner, so I don’t often leave reviews, but this experience warrants one. I saw Dr. Erik Bruce for a wrist fracture evaluation. Despite driving an hour to reach his clinic (the closest ortho treating wrists in my area) the appointment was deeply unprofessional. Mid-consultation while reviewing my x-rays, he answered a personal call on speakerphone and continued it for several minutes, discussing non-medical matters with his mailman. Dr. Bruce and his team have been incredible throughout my recovery process. I had an MCL tear and was preparing myself for the possibility of surgery, which felt overwhelming with little kids at home and the impact that would have had on our daily life. Dr. Bruce took a different approach and used prolotherapy injections instead. What I appreciated most was his honesty from the beginning. Dr. Bruce is such a great doctor!! He actually spends time with you, not just as his patient but also as a person. He gave me my options on how to heal my arthritis pain in my knee and I can’t be happier with the results. He’s the best! And his Nurse/Assistant is great! Always friendly. I just can’t say enough good things about them!
Overall exceptional care and surgeon
Dr. Bruce and Roxann are amazing. Very caring people. Dr. Bruce fixed my horribly broken ankle and was professional and helpful during the long recovery.
