I have been a patient of Dr. Erica Rivas Rodriguez for over five years now. When she was affiliated with Baylor, Scott and White is when I first met her and acquired her as my neurologist. It has only been recently that I have been able to get back in contact with her and I am happy to say I am again a patient of hers. Dr. Rivas is soooo awesome, knowledgeable, very thorough, relatable and super patient. She answered all my questions and explained why certain things happen. I am seeing her for treatment of my Gran mal seizures and she came up with a wonderful treatment plan that can keep me providing for my 2 boys as I am a single mom. I am so glad to have met her. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Erica Rivas for my TMJ Botox treatment. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff and felt at ease in the calming atmosphere of the waiting area. Dr Rivas is just another perfect example of a broken medical system. Disengaged, visibly annoyed to be meeting me and zero interest in helping me investigate and advocate for my own health. It’s one thing to have a lame bedside manner but if you can’t even pretend to care about the desperate patient in front of you then what are you even doing, doc?
Dr. Rivas is the most caring and understanding physician. I am so appreciative of Dr. Rivas and the medical care she has provided to me.
