While I absolutely love Dr. Schneider, their scheduling and answering system and company they use are freaking terrible! They are never there when you call and when you do gets live person they can never help you. I have called 3 times! First two times they are out if the office and the 3rd time I got the "answering service". The lady could not help me make an appointment, so what's the point of your job if you can't cover basic scheduling requests?! It makes me want to switch doctors, but Dr. Schneider is so amazing.
