First of all,let me say I have nothing against the doctor. He is great! However, the ones you have scheduling appointments need to be checked out. I was sent a reminder that I needed to schedule an appointment with Dr.Ward. I phoned them to do so. I was given the date and time and was told he works only twice per week. I recorded it on my calendar. We live about forty minutes away.I even asked the girl scheduling the appointment about date and time and was told I was correct.
