Extremely unorganized! He was rude and has NO customer service skills at all.
My 13 year old son said he had trouble seeing the board in school from the back of the class, so, I scheduled an appt with Dr.Tyler at Target, chose this location just out of convenience, and we had a great experience! Everything went smoothly, professionally and fast. My son left happy and I was very happy with the Dr. and the 2 other staff members! I would highly recommend to everyone.
I was highly disgusted by the equipment there. You can tell nothing was wiped down and clean. I could barely see through any equipment with lenses. Dr. Eric Tyler didn't care to adjust the equipment to your head. He kept just telling you to adjust yourself and lean forward more. He also demand you to try to read the last line even if you can't see it. It only gets worse from there when you were told prior to the exam that your copay would be this much but ended up paying triple the amount of it. Why? Because of the equipment... read more
