Dr. Snyder was incredible to work with! Efficient, direct, and patient - answering all of my questions in a clear manner. He did a fabulous job with our little one's procedure. We will definitely be requesting him for any future ENT needs!
I found this dr. To be rude and dismissive.
Terrible bedside manner. Go to someone else if you have a choice. I agree with the review above - acted disinterested, annoyed and his demeanor was very unwelcoming. I would rather drive to GR and see someone than go back to him. I won’t go back.
Really bad bedside manner. No eye contact. Seemed visibly irritated just doing his job. Won’t be coming back.
My mom was referred to him for a possible salivary stone. He gave her an antibiotic and said come back in a week. She did. He said he didn't think there was a stone. He was rather dismissive and seemed entirely uninterested in her as a patient. The next day she went to the dentist. They referred her to an oral surgeon. A week later the oral surgeon took out the stone that Dr. Snyder said wasn't there. Snyder didn't even take an xray.
