I called and called and called to speak to my Nurse Practitioner and never got a call back. The office staff is rude and appears not to care yet the medical staff is very professional. Who ever runs the office needs to be terminated, their focus should be customer service.
What a shame that their office staff is so rude and unprofessional. After many years with them I finally had to go find another doctor. The doctors are great but sadly when you have an office staff with such poor customer service it’s going to eventually drive away the patients. I booked an appointment 6 months in advance, but I moved out of Miami suddenly. One day I got a call from an automated system to confirm or cancel my appointment. "Press 9 to cancel". I pushed 9, the system says it can't understand. You go on an endless loop through this. I tried to call to cancel and the office was closed (saturday). The appointment came up and I was obviously not able to go. I am now being billed $40 for an appointment I was unable to cancel. The doctors and physian assistants are very good... Five star... Unfortunately the office staff is full with totally nasty, old bulls. Unsimiling generally nasty. Like they hate their job.
