Strange, I can’t leave 5 stars. I had my first appointment today and felt comfortable.
The Best
I had severe chronic back pain for several years. Dr. Santos did a spinal fusion and in the recovery room I felt no back pain. Dr. Santos and Jennifer go above and beyond to accommodate you and your needs. Dr. Santos does not rush through appointments and will explain every detail of the process until you understand. They gave me back my quality of life.
Had spinal surgery and now in worse pain, staff is completely inept. Pain is unbearable with no end in sight and no answers from Dr. Santos. I should have changed doctors, beware.
This Dr has very little concern for his patients time. I had 4 appointments with him and 3 were canceled after an hours wait, and the staff is very unprofessional. The one time I did get to see him I waited over 50 minutes beyond scheduled time and he saw me for 5 minutes. I explained I had a history of cervical disc issues and showed him the x-rays to confirm recent changes. He sent me to an ENT Doctor because he didn't think it was a Cervical issue. X-Rays and MRI proved otherwise.
Dr. Santos did an excellent job on my lumbar. He made it where I got full movement of my foot back as well as getting rid of most of my pain. He was knowledgeable of the surgical procedure as well as the possible outcomes and was very considerate about my health and concerns.
Excellent! Extremely knowledgeable, listens attentively to you and involves you in the medical decision making process.
