I am blessed to have him as my doctor. He saw me for blood in my urine and discovered a bladder tumor. It was a cancer, and by removing it, he saved my life.
I had an emergency. The doctor saw me in office right away and fixed it. I am very happy with him.
If you have a kidney stone, see Dr. Kau! My wife and I are very happy with our experience with him. He took time to explain my treatment options during our initial consultation, and he was diligent in following up with me after the surgery. I tolerated the stent that was placed so the experience was very smooth and pain free.
Had a cystoscopy exam with Dr. Kau and it was a nightmare! He did not explain anything he was doing and he was so rough with the scope, I was bleeding huge blood clots like crazy for a week after the exam. As he was doing the exam, all he could say was "Dude, you gotta relax" as he twisted the scope around. It was painful. After about 10 minutes, he slinked out of the room and said, as he closed the door, "you're going to bleed a little" and left. Horrible experience.
Arrogant, impatient, and unfriendly.very dismissive when you ask him any questions.
