There is zero communication, my initial visit was months ago, haven’t received any kind of billing. RX wasn’t called in after last appointment where I left work early to drive across the city only to find he wasn’t there. Zero apology or respect for my time. Apparently it’s on me to remind him to call in my RX because this is the second time it hasn’t been sent in…out of 3 visits.
I've been seeing Dr. Wilson for over a decade now. He helps me manage my bipolar disorder. He's very responsive in helping me adjust my meds when I start to have manic symptoms. He meets with me regularly (sometimes weekly) when I am in the middle of a manic episode. However, he also gives me space - when things are going well, I may not see him for up to two months. He communicates with my therapist so that I truly feel I have a treatment team
