Severe Dental Trauma & Gaslighting My experience with Dr. Eric J Aubert at Forest Park Dental was severely traumatic and resulted in me needing to pay for a third replacement of my two front teeth with another dentist. I love this office. I’ve gone here for years and I couldn’t see myself being worked on by anyone other than Dr. Mulligan and Dr. Aubert. I wanted braces so bad and went to an orthodontist whom wanted to take canines and premolars etc Dr Mulligan said “Nope” get your money back from them and we are doing Invisalign. Dr. Aubert and his staff are awesome! I want to give a special shout out to Keya. She was awesome, patient and talked me through the entire procedure. Delilah was awesome too. I woke up with a throbbing pan in my tooth. I called Dr. Aubert's office, and I received an appointment the same day! When I got there, Dr. Aubert informed me that I needed a Root Canal and a new crown on my tooth. Dr. Aubert performed the procedure and before I knew it, he was done. The worse experience ever. Had to have a crown replaced several times, 2018, 2020 and now 2023. Go in for an emergency appointment and was told by Dr. Aubert that my crown even though I had the crown that spilt that I needed a new one. I said okay but I need to know why this continues to happen he said I really don’t know. The last time was the technology used was cheap per Dr. Aubert. I will not be going back to Dr. Aubert. Great dentist but billing is horrible. on my last visit I asked for an itemized bill before I received any service . Up on completion of services my bill had magically doubled. My hygienist decided I needed x-rays . I’ve already had two sets of x-rays this year but it increased my bill by approximately $300.00 dollars.
