Every interaction I’ve had with Dr. Ferkel and his staff has been warm, professional, and incredibly helpful with a years-long orthopedic issue. After 4 years of Achilles pain, I’m now on the mend after a minimally invasive surgery none of the other doctors I had tried even knew existed. I would recommend him to anyone.
He was uninformed and had not read my MRI’s. He was impatient, rude and dismissive. I am a fully educated enlightened 80 year old woman. My husband and a friend were with me. My friend, who has been nursing for 35 years, said she has never in 35 years seen a doctor behave so badly.
