Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. Dr. Nelson appears to care more about letting you know she’s a doctor and an expert, all while ignoring any patient concerns. Additionally, she was condescending and yelled at me in the office where others could hear. After initially telling me I would get no copy of my RX and was fired from being a patient, when I asked her to repeat in front of other staff she refused and hastily wrote out a non legible RX. Felt very rushed payed extra for pics not even mentioned during the visit ,referral to mo eye inst . had to pay a lot extra to use the frames I already had , will be looking for another provider my eyes are worse than when I made the appointment!
