I gave them my insurance and although I kept repeating I get full coverage they told me I only had a discounted insurance even though I had picture proof of the coverage my vision insurance gets. After getting no help from the people upstairs I paid $97 even though my exam is covered by my insurance. After leaving I had to call the manager and get a refund after they noticed I was right. Everyone who works here is very nice and the doctors are very quick and to the point! 10/10
The staff and doctors were super helpful and are a great asset to the business and community there. However would not go back to the retail part to purchase glasses or frames due to very unfriendly staff that work there.
