The front desk was very helpful and polite. The optometrist was thorough on the exam... what I could hear of it. I took both daughters in for an exam and they wouldn't let both myself and second child in exam room. I refuse to allow my children to be examined without me and we had to stand in the hall to hear the exam because I couldn't leave second child in the hall alone. This was not okay. I gave them my insurance and although I kept repeating I get full coverage they told me I only had a discounted insurance even though I had picture proof of the coverage my vision insurance gets. After getting no help from the people upstairs I paid $97 even though my exam is covered by my insurance. After leaving I had to call the manager and get a refund after they noticed I was right.
