I was scheduled for a root canal and after arriving learned it was just an evaluation. Dr Gallatin was thorough very kind and positive. He suggested we wait a few months to see if the pain subsided in the teeth under the new bridge (done by another dentist). (it's been 4 months since a new bridge was installed and I've been in constant pain) Hopefully the nerves will heal and a root canal will be unnecessary. Fingers crossed.
He is very kind, personable and professional. As he is doing the root canal, he explains everything and completes the procedure with patient comfort in mind.
Amazing, just amazing. I had the most excruciating pain in my life dental wise. I cracked a tooth under a crown and my pain was a 12 out of 10. Dr. Gallatin’s staff rushed to get me an examination 1 hour after they opened (on a busy schedule) and determined what was wrong and then stayed after hours to give me a root canal. The facility is beautiful and clean. The front desk staff was prepared, had run my insurance and was ready for my appointment. The assistant was bubbly, funny and friendly. Both she and Dr. Gallatin explained every step of the procedure, which for me, was the best part. Even the in-mouth setup was awesome as I'm tongue-tied, the teeth rest and tooth isolator made things very comfortable. AND he lasered in on the pain relief so that I'd feel nothing. Eric Gallatin was great, very gentle. He told me every thing he was doing , and what to expect.
I had two root canals. It was pain free! Great office staff. Lori helped me out with making the appointment to facilitate using my dental insurance. Dr Gallatin knows his business and is excellent.
Great!!! Needed a root canal and was referred by my family dentist. Was very apprehensive as I hate going to dentist for any reason. Eric Gallatin understood my feelings and explained everything before he proceeded. I did not feel any pain. He put me at ease and for me thats not easy. I would highly recommend him. I had a great experience with Dr.Gallatin’s office. All staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Gallatin told me exactly what to expect which helped to calm nerves. He and his practice will be highly recommended.
I was in so much pain, his office got me in, he was gentle and explained step by step what he was doing. Office staff was great also
