My wife had a watery eye for nearly 10 years. Doctor after doctor kept saying it was dry eye and gave her drops. Dr Baylin diagnosed a blocked tear duct on the first visit. The duct had to be rerouted because the blockage was so bad from years of it not being addressed. She’s not had any trouble since. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Baylin

Stay away. This guy is arrogant and incompetent. He does not wear gloves either.
I love Dr. Baylin, I've been seeing him since 2010. When I first experienced the problems that I have with me eyes, I went to a lot of eye doctors to figure out what was wrong and they couldn't tell me anything so I was referred to him. As soon as he walked through the door he told me exactly what was wrong, he's a blessing and I recommend him 100%
