Had to pick a different cardiologist so I chose Dr Heller. He is not a bad Dr when I finally got to visit but I don’t think he knows what a horrible staff he has there. First time I tried to call to schedule an appt I Called multiple times and no one answered so I decided to go to the office to schedule and lo and behold there were 4 girls sitting there. How many times do you have to call and still no return call. They never even answer the phone. You have to leave a message or sometimes it goes to the answering service who say they will relay my message and still no return call.
I called three times with a simple question before my appointment. No one returned my call. Horrible way to treat patients.
Twice I have wasted a hour out of my day at this office . They have no respect or regard for one time . I’m done . I will find a new office. They wanted a CT Scan Angiogram. The insurance tried contacting them twice for approval , I paid 600$ out of pocket from their negligence . Time to move on
I went for a stress test for the second time and they said I don't have appointments thet gave me. I have proof they gave me the appointments. Nobody calls to conferm appointments. They don't return calls at all.The doctor doesn't no whats going on in office.
