This is for the staff, not the Dr, since I never saw him. I called and spoke with them repeatedly to confirm that they took my insurance. I was told that if I had a referral, that the Dr took my insurance. So, I go through the trouble of doing that and confirming that they have the referral and all is set. Then, 2 days before my appointment, I get a call from his staff telling me that they don’t take my insurance. This process has taken almost a month. Thank you for fixing my elbow when other doctors could not or would not.
I arrived on time for my appointment and the front desk receptionist was very warm and friendly. Dr Dickinson and his two assistants were extremely helpful and professional. I left the office feeling on top of the World 🕺I’ll certainly refer Dr Dickinson and this office to everyone
