Dr. Shin did excellent work to repair my hand. He was honest and professional at all our appointments. His staff was friendly and courteous. What more can you ask for?
I walked into my appointment early, was taking back right away and everything was done quickly and efficiently, and I really appreciate the professionalism during my visit yesterday
From booking the appointment, to checking in and then meeting Dr Shin and his team, the experience was positive at every step. Everyone was helpful, kind and very good at explaining what was happening and next steps. I was treated like a person, not just a number!
Came in for my final post op appt. Dr Shin is extremely pleasant!
Dr. Shin was very thorough and professional when discussing my trigger finger issue. He recommended surgery as did another doctor. I am 14 days out from release surgery. The incision has healed so well that most of it is barely noticeable. I believe this is because Dr. Shin took the time to suture properly and with care. I already have almost full range of motion back. Just a little stiffness. Amazing! I wish I had gone to Dr. Shin for my other finger surgery.
