Leaves Hyper IgE patients stranded without care. It’s been truly a horrible experience, and I cannot recommend the practice to anyone with Hyper IgE. It was disheartening not to be able to receive the level of care other patients rated highly. My own referring GI specialist rated him highly. I’ve wanted a month on utter nonsense of treating me like a freak and rare specimen that is unworthy of basic medical care and medical science treatment for my condition.
Wonderful physician and staff! I was thankful for Dr. Martinez and team going above and beyond to assist me as a patient suffering from a less common condition. I wish all physicians had Dr. Martinez’s bedside manner.
Personable and compassionate, Dr. Martinez answered all of my questions without hesitation, along with providing a thorough treatment plan.
It’s been many years since I saw a doctor that spent time in fully explaining the diagnosis, steps/options to address….he was in no hurry to rush from my appointment to his next! He earned my trust.
