I lost over four weeks of income unnecessarily because of this man's office staff. Don't let your surgeon pick him. He allows his nurse full reign communicating with and making decisions for his patients. Try and get a hold of him and you will be intercepted each time by his office staff. I waited an hour and 20 minutes outside, then another 15 inside an exam room...he gave me 5 minutes and then pushed me out despite having questions. My outcome was good, however, I'll give him that, but!
This doctor discounted me and told me there isn't anything else he can do for me. I am only 40. I went to him bc I have an infection I can't get rid of. This is his speciality but can't cure me? Don't waste your time.
As of April 2016. Dr. Frempong was punctual, professional, friendly and answered all questions we asked. He is happy and upbeat and a doctor with a positive attitude. He speaks clearly and his Monroeville office has easy access. Staff was friendly also. Very caring Doctor even when he is busy.
