I was a customer of Dr. Gonzalez (the daughter) for over 20 years. I am writing this review because Dr. Emma Gonzalez (the mother) was extremely unprofessional with me. Since the start of April 2025, Dr. Emma Gonzalez (the mother) has a habit of calling me every 3 weeks or so asking if I've made a follow-up appointment or states I have not come into get my cleaning. They’re always really nice to my family. They brought their dog in the front desk area the last time I went though
Dr. Emma is always so kind to me and my family. The service is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
Emma Franco Gonzalez gave me a call 6 years after a treatment that they never completed I had to go else were and had to pay more to complete my treatment. She then stated that I never paid for the treatment that they never completed at their facility. The audacity to try to harass someone after 6 years of not even being there.
