Very rude and unprofessional staff. Waited over an hour just to go back to the room. Paid up front for office visit, then when brought to room, medical assistant asked questions and said they were going to take xrays which was an additional charge and we needed to pay it then or the doctor would not see us. Spoke to the M.D. herself and she reports they "Know" all allowables for the insurance company.
