I’ve been spending the better part of the last year trying to get the company this woman works for to refund our “visit”. She showed up extremely late, very rudely explained that they couldn’t help with what I needed help with, told me to “do some deep breathing exercises” as if she knew anything about me after talking for 2 minutes, and then hung up on me and proceeded to charge me for an entire hour long session.
