Very knowledgeable and really listened. I truly feel she cares sbout her patients.
Dr. Gupton is very thorough. She is proactive in getting to your illness, not just treating symptoms. She takes her time so you do not feel rushed when discussing your health issues. I found her when my former physician didn't have any appointments available and I was going out of town. I am very impressed with Dr. Gupton, her nurses and support staff. I will be seeing her from now on. We are very fortunate to have her in Murray, Kentucky.
A very nice and cordial doctor. Waiting rooms and timeliness make the staff an A+. Only minor issue is that she is a very new doctor. Having chronic issues myself, Dr. Gupton has not had much first hand experience in dealing with a specified team of doctors. Some discrepancies arise from her communication with team leaders. She is absolutely knowledgeable in infections and simple diagnosis, but hesitate to recommend her to any advanced patients.
She was several minutes early all three visits. She is very cordial and actually listened to why I came to see her. After leaving the area due to job transfer. I drive an hour and 15 minutes to see her because she has helped me more than the other physicians I have seen. She was very respectful and knows her limitations. I have a chronic condition that we discussed and she gave me options that allowed me to decide what was best for me. I enjoy that we could work on things as a team!
